Hilscherová makes regular guest appearances at the National Theatre in Prague, National Moravian-Silesian Theatre in Ostrava, J.K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen, Silesian Theatre in Opava, State Theatre in Košice and Nationaltheater Mannheim. She sang Háta in the Bartered Bride in Tokyo (2010, Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Suntory Hall, conductor Leoš Svárovský) and in London (2011, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Barbican Hall, conductor Jiří Bělohlávek).
She is one of the most sought-after concert singers in the field of song and oratorio, and also enjoys interpreting compositions by contemporary composers. She has collaborated with the London Symphony Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra, Bach-Collegium Stuttgart, Stuttgart Radio Symphony Orchestra, Czech Philharmonic, PKF — Prague Philharmonia, Prague Symphony Orchestra FOK, Collegium 1704 and the Brno Philharmonic.
She has had the honour of singing under the baton of Helmuth Rilling, Alexander Vedernikov, Kazushi Ono, Jan Latham-Koenig, Cornelius Meister, Kaspar Zehnder, Libor Pešek, Jiří Bělohlávek, Tomáš Netopil, Petr Vronský and Leoš Svárovský.
