Lucienne Renaudin Vary captivated Rudolfinum

On Sunday, December 3, 2023, the audience at Rudolfinum was delighted by the splendid performance of the phenomenal French trumpeter Lucienne Renaudin Vary. The orchestra was conducted by our chief conductor Emmanuel Villaume, who also greatly enjoyed the concert. The thrilled audience gave a lengthy ovation for not just Hummel's Trumpet Concerto but also for the excellently performed works of Krejčí, Veit, and naturally, Mendelssohn's 'Italian' Symphony.
