The Prague Philharmonia announces a temporary change in directorship

The Prague Philharmonia's Board of Directors has appointed its current Head of Financial Operations, Karolína Malá, to the position of temporary Executive Director of the organization, with effect from 16th June 2026.

Prague Philharmonia Director Pavel Trojan is currently prevented from carrying out directorship duties by serious health conditions.

These measures are being taken to ensure continuity and the smooth running of the organization at management level. All artistic, educational, concert and touring activities of the Prague Philharmonia of course continue uninterrupted.

The Prague Philharmonia wishes Mr Trojan a full and speedy recovery and looks forward to welcoming him back.
